San Kamphaeng
Skilled craftsmen transform teakwood with the help of simple tools into elegant furniture with delicate carvings. Also fascinating to watch is the production of lacquerware where even eggshells are used to achieve unusual designs. For generations, families have mastered and transferred the finer art of the well-known Celadon Ceramics. The art of making these exquisite ceramics is modelled on Sawankhalok pottery, dating back to the Sukhothai period. Then make a stop to observe the intricacies of lacquer-ware and silverware before returning to your hotel.
